My job as your coach is to to help you make, meet and exceed your personal health goals.
I will support you as you move away from situations holding you back and help you to confidently choose what you want your future to be like.
It is often your surroundings, friends or family who reinforce certain habits, keeping you where you are, and discouraging you from making lasting changes.
A series of small decisions can often alter your life significantly and outside support can help you take those steps and keep that momentum going.
Together we will examine where you are, why you are struggling to move on, and then guide and support you as you make those changes.
It doesn’t matter why you have come to me: it could be anything from a major disintegration in your health to a nagging feeling that things just aren’t right. You may wish to change a longstanding behaviour or investigate new ways of doing something. My role is to help you resolve those problems and move towards a better future.
Perhaps you are relatively happy and healthy but feel you could be happier and healthier? Perhaps you are a woman struggling with the menopause or wanting to take steps to plan for it so as to minimise its affects and maximise your health in your middle and later years?
A good reason for working with me is to help you achieve that happy healthiness as it can be difficult to know how to get there alone.
